The 860 Lake Shore Drive Trust was a winner of the Chicago Architecture Foundations’s 2010 Patron of the Year award. Blair Kamin, architecture critic for the Chicago Tribune, stated “Good architecture is impossible without good clients.” In his Cityscapes blog Kamin wrote: “The meticulous restoration of the lobby and plaza of 860 and 880 Lake Shore Drive was undertaken by the residents of the co-op building. The strong team was led by Krueck and Sexton.”
