There are many options for parking in the building.
Deeded Spaces:
- You own a parking space. An assessment of $115 is included on the monthly billing.
- Park your own car.
- You may let others, such as contractors, use your space if you will not be using it by notifying the garage attendant.
- Check out the Owners’ Advice section to see if someone needs a space when you will not be using yours.
Rented Spaces: Some stalls owned by residents are available for rent.
- Contact the management office for availability.
- Monthly charge for the space is arranged directly with stall owner.
- Park your own car.
- You may let others, such as contractors, use your space if you will not be using it by notifying the garage attendant.

Monthly Valet Parking:
- $250 per month included on the monthly assessment bill.
- Arrange for valet parking through the management office.
- Pull car up to garage office and leave key.
- Garage attendant parks car in spaces as available.
- Garage attendant retrieves car when needed.
Overnight/Occasional Parking:
- Owners are not required to commit to monthly parking fee.
- Per day rate of $21 for 24 hours.
- Garage attendant parks car in spaces as available.
- Garage attendant retrieves car on request.
Guest Parking:
Up to 30 minutes – free
30 minutes to 2 hours – $8 or 1 sticker
2 – 4 hours – $10 or 2 stickers
4 – 8 hours – $14 or 3 stickers
8 – 12 hours – $17 or 4 stickers
12-24 hours – $20 or 5 stickers
- Parking stickers are available for sale for discounted parking rates of $38 for 10 stickers
Parking Spaces For Sale or Rent
Most parking spaces for sale are generally connected to an apartment that is for sale, but there are some parking spots available for sale separately. There are also parking spaces available to rent annually or on a month-to-month basis as a permanent spot. Contact the management office [312-943-0432, Ext. 12] for availability.
